I just replaced my CPU and PSU and now that I have everything put back together, my computer won't turn on all the way.
I am assuming it is an issue with the motherboard because the case fans are powered but the mobo outlets, as well as the GPU, are not working. Because of this, the connection to my monitors is not starting.
I believe I have everything plugged in correctly so I am not sure where the issue is.
Please Respond with any solutions you might have

More information is needed...

Make and Model of the MB?

Do you hear any beeps pattern?

Color and flash pattern of the power button?

If you put the old ones back in does the system work?

How much thermal goop did you use?

Specs:
Psu- rm 850x
Cpu- ryzen 9 5900x
Mobo- asrock b450m pro4

All that I can tell is turning on are the fans but after about 10 seconds they turn off and turn back on again then that cycle repeats. I only used the thermal paste that came with the Corsair aio cooler that I connected to the cpu. There are no beeps or any sort of noise besides the click of the power button turning things on and off

Did you remember to earth yourself before touching the components - especially the motherboard? If not then static electricity may have caused damage.
Is the PSU powerful enough for the MB?

You may have to get a speaker for the motherboard to be able to hear the beeps does not appear that this one did not come with on installed.

Proper Bios version installed?

Assemble the system outside of the case on thick cardboard to see if this replicated.

Made sure that the motherboard is not grounding out on the case?

Plugged the fans into the proper sockets?
