Download DDU
Boot Into safe mode, remove Nvidia driver via DDU.
Boot back to normal mode.
Re-install Nvidia drivers with this tool, NVCleaninstall. Uncheck everything except the drivers.

You never ran the tool.
The minitoolbox log confirms that, a restore point is created when running the tool., It's fine that you did not do it. I can only lead a horse to water. :)

13-12-2024 21:13:51 Windows Modules Installer

**** End of log ****

Delete what was in the logs and telling me you followed instructions, just curious as why one would do that.

I leave you with @Bruce

I did run the log, why would i lie to someone who's trying to help me? Both my monitors went black, a cmd type screen appeared and it was a 5 phase process, it took like 2 minutes, i did it at least 3 times, looked something like this

Xxxx
Xxxx [II]
Xxxx [III]
Xxxx [IIII]
Xxxx [IIIII]

Then it was done, and once again i ask, why would I lie to someone who's clearly trying to help me, hope you realise i did run the PrivWindowLite thing.

Anyways i'm doing the process you told me after it, to delete nvidia driver using a program and then installing it using something else, will let you knownthe results once it's done.

Ok. It happens a lot. I aplogize, lot's of people come in and ask for help and only pick and choose what they want to do.
Since the restore point was not created that made me think you were being deceptive.

Thanks for clarifying. :)

All good, completely understand. So I did half of what you told me, I did install everything and uninstalled the drivers in safe mode, rebooted, and when I did reboot it looked like i was in safe mode with the stretched res and only 1 monitor working but i wasn't, it looked like that probably cause my gpu didn't have a driver, so when i went into NVCleanstall I did the entire thing but I coulnd't do it cause it kept causing an error, don't remember what it said but when I was trying to open the setup file after the install it appeared an error on the screen and the setup file once I tried to open it, appeared an error and deleted itself, keep it in mind while I was doing all that (when my gpu had no drivers and it looked like i was in safe mode) the mouse lag was gone, so was the audio glitch, but when I opened the nvidia app to install latest drivers cause it wasn't working with the NVCleanstall, after I installed the new drivers, it came back, mouse lag audio glitch all that, so I'm pretty sure it's something related to the gpu drivers, but doesn't matter what version I install the bug continues, and when I tried to use the app you told me to use (NVCleanstall) it wasn't working.

Also I should mention that when I opened the NVCleanstall it showed that they didn't work with the latest drivers, like version 566.63 something like that, so maybe if I try to install another version it would work?

I have tested 3 different mouses (1 my main wireless mouse) all 3 same thing happened, also used all 3 on another PC and all 3 worked fine there, I inserted the mouses on all USB ports on my PC, problem still occured, yes I have checked, no updates for USB drivers

Perhaps. That could work. At least we are narrowing the issue. :)
Could you re seat the GPU card again and try it in a different slot?

Did the entire process once again, this time I selected the version right below the 566.63, this time it all went well, no errors, but once the drivers were installed, the mouse lag came back again, so it didn't work, i don't know what else we could do tbh, I need the drivers to be able to use my PC properly, but whenever I install it this mouse lag makes it unusuable, maybe if I install in custom configurations would help

Open command prompt as admin:
Copy the content of the code box below:
Paste into command window and hit enter:

Code:
@echo off
wevtutil cl System
wevtutil cl Application
wevtutil cl Security
exit

Hmm.
Do you have a second PCI slot to put the Graphics Card into?
Perhaps try this.
Uninstall with DDU
Power Down remove it clean the connections with a pencil eraser.
Clean the ram modules while you are at it.
Put it back in snug
Either in same slot or different if you have.
Put the power cord back into the wall.,
Boot back up
Install drivers.

huge update, I accidentaly when changing configs on my second monitor I unplugged my hdmi from it, and the mouse lag is gone, just like that, for some weird reason the hdmi cable on my second monitor was the solution, can't believe I've spent hours doing all tests to be a hdmi cable, feel so dumb. Even tho now Ik why the mouse lag is happening there isn't really a fix, either I stay with only 1 monitor or I just accept the mouse lag, cause the VGA connection on my gpu hasn't worked for years, now the HDMi input is also causing this mouse lag, is there something I can do or the only fix would be to actually replace my gpu for a better one?

Well I'll let @Bruce answer that, at least your machine is running a bit smoother, we reduced the load on the computer significantly in the process. You could try and clean the ram modules and the graphics card lead as suggested in my previous post. :)

Have tried 4 different HDMI cables in 3 different monitors, unfortunately it does seem like it's a hardware issue and my GPU is just done, VGA has been broken for years now HDMI showing signs that also can't be used, don't think there is much more I could do besides buying a new one some day when I can afford it. Anyways thank you very much for the help, even tho we didn't find a solution we got close to it, still waiting to hear from Bruce if he has something but it does seem like it's a hardware issue, have a good day guys.

Glad you found the solution, if not ideal.

The only issue I could see from the Speccy report is your second drive, the Seagate on D:\, is showing lots of errors.
I'm assuming it is old.
I was going to suggest disconnecting it while we do further testing, but it looks like there is no need now.
Although, if old, I'd be considering replacing before it dies! (y)

The other left-field thought i had was what were you using the mouse on, the desk top, a mouse pad?
I've seen some pads with graphics on them cause the laser in the mouse to act up.

I would be replacing the GPU, as you all have discovered - it already has one dead port, now potentially another.
If you did want to perserfere with the current card, you could try going back to further versions, but that would be a suck it and see exercise, that would get tied really quickly. Maybe jump back in increments of 5 previous versions - something like that.

No not really, for sure my hdmi input on graphis card is the problem, sometimes it goes back to normal for a while, one thing i did remember that i changed was a line in audio cable from my main monitor to my blue input audio, so i could hear my ps5 and pc at the same time, when i remove it nothing happens the mouse lag is still there, so i don't know if that has anything to do with the problem but that's the only thing that has changed since the mouse lag started, my main monitor is connected via display port so probably has nothing to do with it, you mentioned mouse pad, mine is clean and normal, i still dk if it's a hardware issue with the input hdmi or something else, tbh just tired of spending hours on this so i'll try to fix it again later this week. And yes my HD is very very old, don't even know how it's still working. And I did go back to a driver version from like may and still the same happened.
