that should have repaired Windows.I just figured out that I don't even know what I did in your terminology, I used the media creation tool, selected to keep all data, files, programs and installed the thing just like suggested in the video

Non of these seem to do anything, still can't launch Microsoft Store, nor the Xbox appIf you deleted the AppStore folder (which is hidden) then you most likely deleted every
Right click Start>Powershell with admin rights & enter:
icacls "C:\Program Files\WindowsApps" /reset /t /c /q To reset the permissions for Microsoft App Store & all Apps to default.
If that doesn’t work then reinstall all MS apps:
