Whenever I try to launch Xbox app, Microsoft store or even Nvidia control panel, it crashes on startup, will probably be more Windows apps
What I was dealing with was that I had this issue in this Xbox app which required me to change my default safe location in Windows settings. When I did that it resolved in an error, which I fixed and probably did some unnecesarry stuff which lead to these current issues. Let me describe what I did for the safe location error which is most probably the reason why these apps aren't working now. I tried deleting the WindowsApps folder on C: (my system drive), deleted most files there, some were left there since Windows kept saying that the files are opened by some program - this made the search icon and nvidia control panel icon dissapear from the Windows bar. Then I went to temp data folder and deleted all the files there. fixed the safe location issue however can't open these apps now.
Official Microsoft support suggests to update Windows (did that without result) or fix this trough Microsoft Store -(can't open that one since it crashes on startup).
Any help greatly appreciated.

if you create another login user account and sign in under that new profile, does the App store work then?

Right click on start & choose powershell with admin & enter:
SFC /SCANNOW
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Tried that on already existing accound, even created a new one and no, they don't work there
In case this is helpful, when I tried searching for microsoft store on that account it only found "ms-resource:StoreTitle"
Also when searching for these apps in the search bar no icons were showing

Right click on start & choose powershell with admin & enter:
SFC /SCANNOW
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
After doing the SFC SCANNOW this message appeared
Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.
For online repairs, details are included in the CBS log file located at
windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For offline
repairs, details are included in the log file provided by the /OFFLOGFILE flag

Attaching the CBS.Log file
Those 2 other cleanups worked without problem, but still didn't fix my problem

Download Geek Uninstaller and remove the following programs, Use force removal if needed.

AVG Update Helper - 1.8.1207.2
Avira - 1.2.159.25097
Spy Emergency 2020-25.0.800

Run the AVG removal tool.

Run the Avira Removal tool.

Reboot your machine and check the issue.

Once you have run the dism commands please re-run the sfc command & see if it can now repair the corruption.
So I did the sfc command, it said the same thing like before:
(Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.

windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For offline

Ran the dism commands, re-ran the sfc and it said this:
"Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations"

Restarted computer, did the sfc command once more and said again
"Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations"

Did not solve anything

Uninstalled Avira and Spy Emergency trough the Geek Unsintaller
Geek didn't find the AVG Update helper so I uninstalled the AVG through the removal tool you linked
Restarted computer and nothing happed, issues still here

Download the windows all in one repair tool.
Boot the computer into safe mode.
Right click Run it as admin with the preset option, All repairs.

Did that, however the microsoft store dissapeared completly aswell as other Windows apps like the default photo viewer, xbox, audio console, notes, even the Control Panel is gone
Was that meant to happen? If so, is there a way you can get all the default Windows apps in some sort of package?

+1 for the in-place repair. I was going to suggest this myself.
Just download the media creation tool, run it & choose to upgrade/install. Ensure that keep everything is selected & continue with the installation/repair.

Welp, reinstalled the whole system while keeping my apps and all data

Found out the search bar isn't working properly (it wasn't working even before the reinstallation), it will find some apps but some not, when searching for e.g. MS store, Xbox, Edge, Notes, Word, Excell, PaintNet or even Conrol Panels, it won't find anything... (I know I must have Word since I can open docx documents with it and I can open Control Panels within the run program (win+r)... I don't understand

However I was able to open MS Store, (when you browse on the internet version of it and try to download something, it will ask if it can open the store and it opened and worked just fine), downloaded the Xbox app and the app crashed the same way it did before...
Tried downloading the Xbox app through normal installer and again, crashed on startup

Also can't open any png or jpeg file, when I do, a message pops-up (the one attached) (simple translation: System can't find file *location* Make sure the file name is correct and try again), tried renaming them, moving to another location, different drive, didn' work, using a different app to open the jpeg (like ms painting) worked just fine.. (this was happening before the reinstallation aswell)

Don't want to do factory settings but would it help if nothing else does?

So the png and jpeg file problem is solved, I had to set a different default app for openning photos, since the original photo viewer crashed on startup...

Have some updates, tried updating all the apps through the MS Store which resulted in the Store crashing after a while and ever since crashing on startup.
Tried logging on other user account and the search bar works just fine there aswell as the MS Store, however downloading the Xbox app on that account doesn't help at all, it just crashes on startup...
