Non yet, it still does fine idling. I might contact gigabyte about the mobo. I'm not sure if there's an issue with it or if they know anything more about compatibility with the ram or CPU.@DrWorm - I realise it's the Easter long weekend, but do you have any updates?

Well now it seems like everything should be fine since I changed the ram and the i3-9100F is already supported. I might see about downgrading the bios. When I first got the mobo, it specifically said I'd need F15 to have compatibility with the i3, so I updated it to F16.
