I've changed my motherboard and cpu recently and since then I've been having some issues with some of my games and my tablet device. Whenever I move my mouse cursor heavily, my game freezes for a really short amount of time... however when I keep moving the cursor it keeps freezing. I've read that reducing the mouse hz from 1000 to 500 should help and so I tried it and it really helped a bit. Now the amount of freezing is heavily reduced it is still there, for my mouse and for my tablet. I have then updated all my drivers and installed some new ones for my motherboard and it also got a bit better. Now I can play almost any game except for a specific one which is osu!, a rhythm game. even reducing my Hz didnt help much for this one specific game and whenever I use my tablet its even worse.

Here are the specs from my pc:

Here are my old specs:

so mouse to PC and mouse to tablet both have the same issue?
making the common factor the mouse then.

what is make/model/age of mouse?
wireless, bluetooth or USB?
have you tried a different USB port, a) to see if that helps and b) to get a better line of site
if wireless have you changed batteries?
what is OS of tablet and OS of PC?

Tablet to pc and mouse to pc doesnt work.
I have the Razer DeathAdder and it is wired. I have already tried different USB ports and have the driver installed for it as well

I mean they work but both stutter while playing with them... It shouldnt be the game though so I am a bit lost

when you say tablet, do you mean laptop?
and this only effects the game?
when shaking the mouse around in Excel, or Word, or a browser etc it does misbehave?

by tablet I mean my drawing tablet, not a laptop. and before it used to be all sorts of programms that misbehaved but after I changed my mouse to 500hz it was only this one game that was left. Although you can say it is fixed now it is still strange to me that I can not play it

do the drawing tablet and mouse share the same receiver?
do the devices have line of sight to their respective receivers?
have you tried disconnecting the tablet when playing the game and seeing if that helps?

not sure if you can still play the game, but what about booting the PC into Safe Mode and seeing if things change.
what about creating a new user login account and using that profile to sign in to the PC with?
