So after a lot of blood, sweat and tears I finally managed to get my PC up and going. For some reason, it didn't have wi-fi so I just used an ethernet connection.
The ethernet connection worked fine, and I was getting my usual 300-500 kbps (not much, but it's all we have in the middle of nowhere)
Then, all of a sudden, my connection just dips down to like 30-50 kbps. I did a speed test on my laptop and my internet was working fine with a stable 500 kbps. After about 10 minutes, the internet speeds on my new PC recovered.
I'm up to date with my windows updates, and none of the drivers on MSI Live Update say anything about wifi/ethernet.
I want to know how I can get wi-fi to work on my new PC, and a solution to the huge dips in my internet speeds.
Now, keep in mind I'm not INSANELY tech savvy. I barely got all of this to work. I know the basics, but you're gonna have to walk me through this with some simplified instructions.
Thanks.
