as you can see in the photo the first pin pulled out. and now when i start the pc it start then stop , and stay like that, start and stop automatically!! no image in the screen

If you google ‘motherboard USB2 header pin out’ you’ll see that is no USB2 port I’ve ever seen before.
USB2 headers have 2 rows of 5 pins, usb3 has 2 rows of 10 pins.
Can you pan out and take another shot, that JUSB2 label may be for another nearby port.
How did the pin break, just by pulling the cable out?
Take a shot of the plug for us as well please?
If the plug was simply left disconnected, that should allow the pc to start still, so I think something else has happened here. Like did the broken pin touch any of the others?

According to the manual for the motherboard model you quote that connector is the standard USB3 with actually 19 pins. Pin 20 is always missing. It would appear from your picture that you have broken pin 11 off and providing the broken pin is not laying somewhere shorting something out there should be no issue except that usb3 will not work from that connector. The usb3 internal motherboard connector is commonly only connected to the case front panel.

A work around for this is to install a usb3 card .
