Hi I have a 1.5 year old Dell Laptop Inspiron 16 Plus 7630 running Windows 11. It was working as per usual on Friday evening when I turned it off, I have not had any windows updates etc since then and then turned on the laptop this morning and have had the grey screen of death loading Https Boot.

Initially I was able to connect to my wifi on the network section, but that is no longer connecting.

I get the error "HttpsBoot ----- Failed to find IP Address"
Then when I click OK it says "No bootable devices found" and the ONLY option shown is "SHUTDOWN"

In Bios, there is no other option to select under boot options other than Https boot.

If I go to "add boot option" there are 3 choices available but I'm not sure how to set these up i.e. what I should load - e.g. for "winretools" - would this be helpful, and if so, what file should I select within this option? And same for the other two choices such as "Image"

Any help please?

In Bios, there is no other option to select under boot options other than Https boot.

Sounds like it is showing you the only available boot option, which isn't including the boot drive, which suggests that has gone pear-shaped.

A quick test would be to create a bootable USB stick with ether a Linux distro on it, or use the Windows Media Creation Tool to make a bootable stick with Windows 11 on it.
Then with the USB connected, see if BIOS detects the stick as a bootable option.

Is the laptop still under warranty?
If so, it may be worth a call to Dell for their suggestions first.
