Sorry, I haven't responded in a while, I had school today.

Anyway, I have the windows installation media on a USB thumb drive looking like this:

Take a look at the tutorial here for how to repair Windows 10 using your USB device, please note the Do not have a craving to keep hitting next, or you will end up installing Windows.warning.

To get things started you need to either dbl or right click on setup.
