    Solved Help with backup

    My laptop is stuck in a bootloop and i want to backup all my files so that i can reinstall windows or do a full factory reset. From what ive seen online you do this in the System Restore(F11) but when i go there it just sends me back to the bootloop. Is there another way of backing up my files...
