i was trying to install windows 10 on a new PC and when i click next after picking my hard drive it gave me an error 0x800f0954 which has something to do with .net framework im new to pc's and just need anyone's advice on this problem i have
 
unlikely to be .NET related as everything Windows needs to install is in the install source medium. (unless that's corrupted)
where are you installing Windows 10 from; a DVD, USB stick?

when you select the hard drive, make sure to remove all preconfigured partions and let Windows do the leg work in setting it up how it wants to.
is it a new hard drive?
make/model?
