I recently built a gaming pc with my brother (first time builders) and my games are crashing with graphics display errors left and right. I would play a game for 5-15 minutes with great performance and then it will crash the game randomly, with or without an error message. If it did have an error message, it was something graphics related. Note we tried multiple games and most common solutions for the crash notes such as verifying the files and admin mode did not work.
The pc has the following specs. AMD Ryzen 7 7700X 8-Core Processor 4.50 GHz, 32gb RAM, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 TI, SAMSUNG SSD 970 EVO Plus 1TB, TUF GAMING B650-PLUS WIFI MotherBoard, 750w psu. The monitor is g4 odyssey 240hz gsync.
We checked all the hardware extensively and made sure all the parts were running correctly. We swapped the gpu with the old 2060 and still got the same errors. All parts are running at good temps and the frames are amazing before the crashes. We tried fresh reinstalling of windows and tried to make sure all of our drivers were correct. We did some other research on the error codes and concluded that it was a display adapter problem. We read online to run DxDiag and The DxDiag notes reads as following.
Display Tab 1: No problems found.
Display Tab 2: There is a problem with Microsoft Basic Display Adapter device. For more information, search for 'graphics device driver error code 31'
Sound Tab 1: No problems found.
Sound Tab 2: No problems found.
Input Tab: No problems found.

My brother tried to fix the issue while focusing on the dxdiag error notes for 3 hours last night while I was sleeping to no avail. I am honestly exhausted and am at a point where I don't want to try anything else without some more knowledgeable opinions. I would also like to hold off on paying for professional support at microcenter as I am now tight on funds and would like to hold on to the pc.
Note: We are not the most knowledgeable regarding pc building/software and whatnot so any recommendations on what to try and why or questions on things we may have done wrong would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
