Download the win 10 tool run it to recreate the flash drive – Must be minimum 8GB

or
make a ubuntu bootable usb or dvd

see if the M2 shows after reseating
 
So i disconnected all my drives except the m.2 and my usb windows drive and it is recognizing the m.2 (adobe disk)

Since this is the fastest drive in the computer why do you not use it as the windows drive?
So the drive is good .
Connect you C drive to another sata port.(not the original)
Can you see both drives now?
If not you may have to do a windows repair from the windows usb stick
or reinstall windows.
On the usb install it gives an option to repair windows -
Backup any data first
 
Yea but when I click it it has troubleshoot options like system resort, startup repair, and other stuff
 
Startup repair says it couldn’t repair anything and system restore says I have to choose a specific windows installation
 
What would happen if I reset my windows fully, would that just erase everything in my c: drive?
 
Actually I just figured it out

Read somewhere about the Storage controller in the device manager, updated it from a AMD-RAID Bottom Device to a Standard NVM Express Controller. Now I can see the driver
 
I mean the only issue that's still persisting now is my ethernet connection but at least my driver works
