Have you tried a DISM and SFC?
Did you preform the DISM?

Are things corrected and working now?

Other than that, the drive may need to be reseated so the system can recognize it and or replaced.
Drive may have at that time passed.

You could also try using a live version of Linux to see if that sees the drive. If so, retrieve whatever data you can.

Can also take it to a repair shop and have them diagnose it.

I did the DISM and the SFC and they both said the operations were successful
 
who knows what DriverFix has done.

I'd be doing a Reset This PC - first trying the option "keep my files".
failing that, reset keeping nothing.
backup your personal files first!

It is showing disk 1 as 111GB
What size is your M2
also at diskpart
  1. At a command prompt, type: diskpart
  2. At the DISKPART prompt, type list volume

Have you tried this.
I would disconnect all drives
Remove and reseat the M2
With only the M2 in place and other drives disconnected
Use windows 10 install usb and see if M2 shows
