Firstly here is my device information

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4460 CPU @ 3.20GHz 3.20 GHz
Ram 12.0 GB
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

So anytime a watch a video or play a game it will run fine for around 2-10 minutes depending on the intensity of what I'm doing. After that it will freeze for a few seconds then either turn black or show a still image of the video/game. The game isn't frozen in that time as I can still hear everything happening. I've tried updating drivers, resetting my pc completely and many other settings changes. If someone can help I would be eternally grateful.
I also want to mention my pc ran perfectly fine for about a year then this issue suddenly appeared for no visible reason
On a rare few games such as World of Warcraft the game will still freeze but will recover and continue fine for about 10 minutes then repeat the issue
