Solved Can i still buy a desktop comp that isnt WIFI?

Its a separate box and monitor. I dont care one way or the other as long as i can still connect the cord from the modem to the computer and not have wifi. The all in one sounds easy to install since i assume i just leave the cable coming from the ground hooked into the modem and then unplug the ethernet cable from my comp now and put it in the other computer and i dont have to connect the mouse, keyboard or speakers because they are already in the comp.

No all in one means the computer box and monitor are in one box.
You still need to connect all the other stuff.

You could get an all in one that has speakers and use a wireless keyboard and mouse

I think all the ones at best buy had a wireless mouse and keyboard. Which is better and easier to install? All in one or like i have now?

Six of one.
I am not a keen fan on all in one computers unless it is an apple mac.

With a new box you would unplug the power cord from the current box.
Plug into new box
Unplug the network cable from the current box.
Plug into new box
Unplug the speakers from the current box.
Plug into new box
Unplug the mouse and keyboard from the current box.
Plug into new box.
Unplug the monitor from the current box.

The only problem you may have is your current Monitor Keyboard and Mouse.
The Monitor may need an adapter.
You may need new keyboard and mouse.

What is the make and model of your monitor.

Where did you get the pic for the pc can you post a link
 
A major change last night. It must have been caused by my messing with the bookmarks export to HTML. Now i have a bookmark icon that shows up on the start up screen. Also, all of a sudden when i started up google chrome all my bookmarks that were on firefox are now on google chrome.

Please read this. Does this mean i can now bring them to a new comp?
 
And now things continue to deteriorate. Now i cant post at all on Facebook. It started with not being able to chat on facebook messenger, then i could post but i had to add a smiley face. Bank.truist.com is totally gone for bill paying

i think i screwed up. i hit send them to a compressed zip file by accident. I also think getting a regualr desktop might be best since im already familiar with it.
 
I think you are trying to do too much at once.
Let's tackle this one at a time.
1) Why are you using Firefox and Chrome, Why not one or the other.
2) The banking and facebook will always present problems as they are what is known as Secure sites. The site knows that your
computer is running out of date software .
3) I will give you step by step on how to install K-Melon and see if that helps.
4) You need to think of either buying a new computer or upgrading your current to windows 10,
However to upgrade you would need access to another computer so we could still communicate.
 
1-This originally had internet explorer. When that started to fail i went to firefox and when that began to have problems i tried Chrome. Vista of course is the real problem..
2-NP
3-Im willing to try but so far every new browser i try wont even download or if they do they have the same problems. Slimjet downloaded but it didnt improve things so i uninstalled it.
4-I have a flip phone but its tiny and the internet it does have is VERY slow and its so tiny it takes a long time for me to type a very short message. Could you take over my comp?

Also, like i said i have the bookmarks icon with a firefox logo on my startup page now. It has the option of sending them to an email recipient but when i click that it goes to windows mail and that fails. How can i get it to go to my AOL email?
 
More num 1- I am on chrome now to use the pchelpforum because it doesnt work on firefox. However, some sites that work on firefox wont load on chrome. And oddly, the ones that wont load on chrome will say they cant connect because my computers time clock is ahead. It isnt ahead though.
