Hello. After unexpected system shutdown, I can't load desktop( blackscreen only) and there goes dll files errors - userenv.dll, RpcRtRemote.dll, config/systemprofile/Desktop - cant find file. Sfc /scannow won't work. Same situation in safe mode too. I already tried to reinstall these files but this did't help.... Is there any way to bring desktop back to work?

How did you try and reinstall those files?

Sounds like system files (many of them) are simply corrupted. Either gremlin or hard drive failure.
Do you have a backup image of that system.

I would be biting the bullet and reloading Windows afresh.

I have deleted them from sys32, copy from Boot(x) and used SFC to restore them

I dont have a backup system image.

Hard drive failure?

First, boot into BIOS and make sure your Boot order hasn't changed.
Make sure it is booting to c: Drive.

But I dont want to lose all personal files...
Is there solution to bring back desktop?

This is why we encourage users to store a back up copy of personal data on an external source.
Can you access the system in Safe Mode and retrieve you data and put it on an external storage? Would suggest you use TWO separate devices.
If you can run the system in Safe Mode would also suggest you run a Check Disk

Here is one way that you can pull the log to view it. You can also COPY and PASTE the contents from the CHKDSKResults.txt file into a post.

1. Press the Windows + R keys to open the Run dialog, type powershell.exe, and press Enter.

2. In PowerShell, copy and paste the command below, and press Enter.
get-winevent -FilterHashTable @{logname="Application"; id="1001"}| ?{$_.providername –match "wininit"} | fl timecreated, message | out-file Desktop\CHKDSKResults.txt

3. CHKDSKResults.txt file will be created on your desktop, that is the log file of your chkdsk scan results from Event Viewer.

@Shaolin76 please decide which forum you wish to take advice from. It is both rude and potentially dangerous for you to take what can be conflicting advice from more than one source.

Please advise if you wish to proceed here or elsewhere?

Done, no errors found.
I will post text file soon.

I just wanted to get some help.
I will stay here then, sorry if I bother other forums.
