  • Hello everyone We want to personally apologize to everyone for the downtime that we've experienced. We are working to get everything back up as quickly as possible. Due to the issues we've had, your password will need to be reset. Please click the button that says "Forgot Your Password" and change it. We are working to have things back to normal. Emails are fixed and should now send properly. Thank you all for your patience. Thanks, PCHF Management

I have a Dell XP5 2710, which had an HDD installed. Sometimes the PC would not turn on at all, just a black screen, but the fans would run. Sometimes it would run normally. Today I installed an SSD and plugged in a Windows USB, but now I only get a black screen with the fans running. When I reinstalled the HDD, there was still only a black screen with the fans running. I also tried a hard reset by holding down the power button for 20 seconds and pressing various function keys. Sometimes the 3 LEDs would turn on.Please help;(

is this an All-in-One PC?
if so, have you checked all the cables and ribbons where still connected when you put it back together?
AiO's are like laptops and can be right little buggers to pry apart and work on.
