Recently I've wanted to build a new PC to replace my old one since I want an upgrade, the thing is that so far I want to go with a i7 14700k and since they tend to run a bit on the hotter side, I'm guessing an aio, more so a 360mm one, would be the better option to keep it cooled. This is my first time diving into aio's and don't really know much of them and it seems a bit overwhelming trying to pick one with trying to find one that fits and has good cooling. Any suggestions for one around the $140-ish price range? I plan on mainly gaming at 1440p at 165+ fps and also do photo and video editing on it. (Would prefer one that has RGB so it can be more customizable and combine with colors)

Build I have planned so far:
CPU: i7 14700k
MOBO: gigabyte z790 Eagle AX
GPU: Zotac twin edge rtx 4070 ti
Case: montech sky two ATX mid tower or Lian Li lancool 216 (any other suggestions are welcomed also)
Ram: 32gb 6000mhz Corsair vengeance RGB
PSU: EVGA 850w BQ 80+ Bronze semi modular
SSD: WD blue 2 tb m.2

Before worrying about an AIO you need to sort a couple of other things out;

CPU: i7 14700k

Ram: 32gb 6000mhz Corsair vengeance RGB

The RAM is not appropriate for your CPU, Intel state here up to 5600MHz/MT/s for DDR5 and if you have XMP enabled the RAM will get auto OCd past what the CPU can handle and the PC will become unstable.

Something to keep in mind for the future, a CPU must be compatible with a MB whereas the RAM has to be compatible with both the CPU and the MB, this because a MB can be compatible with faster CPUs than the one in your list of parts and MB manufacturers often state RAM speeds that far exceed that which any compatible CPU can handle, this is misleading at the least or dishonest at worst.

Also to consider regarding the RAM, you need to make sure that there is adequate clearance between the RAM and the cooler that sits atop of the CPU, low profile RAM may well be required.

GPU: Zotac twin edge rtx 4070 ti

PSU: EVGA 850w BQ 80+ Bronze semi modular

A high end build requires a high end GPU and Bronze efficiency rated PSUs are only good for low to middle, Gold efficiency rated is your minimum here and from one of the following four, Corsair RM range, EVGA, Seasonic or Super Flower, seven year warranty minimum but preferably ten, see Which power supply do you need?
