That is bios.
1) Do you have a windows 10 usb stick to boot from?
2) Do you have the drivers on the same usb or another usb stick.

If you have the above
The next step is to save the current bios
Boot from the win 10 usb
install win 10
install drivers
THEN connect to the internet.
I will give instructions once you answer 1 & 2

I assume you see this

I have a bag of flash drives that are 512mb with USB 2.0, but I dont have anything on them. I've never done a Windows or driver installation before, so I have no clue what I'm doing

You will need access to a Windows computer.
You will need .
1) Read this and ask any questions BEFORE you start.
2) Use a USB 2.0 stick if possible for best results. Black end)

Reinstall Win 10 Fresh Install

Make sure you only have the one (1) drive you want to install windows on connected.

Download the win 10 tool run it to recreate the flash drive – Must be minimum 8GB

Watch this video
How To Install Windows 10 From USB - YouTube
In the video at 2:54 you will notice it restarts the computer.
When you are doing this and you get to that point Remove the usb stick whilst it is restarting.
Also if you want to setup a local account instead of logging in with a Microsoft account
Turn off your wireless network and or remove the network cable.
This point is 3.32 in the video - Choose I don't have internet.
If you want to log in with a Microsoft account then leave the network as is.

Before doing any install, it is a good idea to go to the support page for your system. Download the drivers you are going to need i.e. chipset, sound, video, wireless, etc. Whilst Win10 has a lot of native drivers, Microsoft drivers are designed for ease of use and are NOT designed for any type of performance. Store these drivers on another usb or you can even just make a folder on your install usb when you are finished making the install usb. Copy the drivers into that folder.

When you are finished with the Windows install, then install your drivers.

  • Chipset or Motherboard
  • Sata or hard drive
  • Video adapter
  • Network interface card (NIC)
  • Audio
  • Touchpad
  • Any other hardware drivers needed for your particular model.
Reboot after installing the drivers
YOU WILL NOT NEED THE BIOS DRIVERS FROM THIS SITE.

SO from where you are now
You would use F10 to save and exit the bios.
When you have made the win 10 usb with the drivers
You plug it into one of the black usb ports on the back of the computer.
You boot the computer and press F12 to get the boot menu.
You pick the usb to boot from
and follow the above

Wait why am I installing windows 10 and not 11? and also how do I know which drivers to pick from on the motherboard website? Also I'll check if I have an 8 GB or more thumb drive but I'm not sure.

It is the same for Windows 11 as for Windows 10
Install windows 11
If you are unsure of the drivers, you can do this for windows 10 or 11.

(In BIOS Setup, make sure Settings\Gigabyte Utilities Downloader Configuration\Gigabyte Utilities Downloader is set to Enabled.
After you install the operating system, a dialog box will appear on the bottom-right corner of the desktop asking if you want to download and install the drivers and GIGABYTE applications via GIGABYTE Control Center (GCC). Click Install to proceed with the installation.

Remember my rule 2

I did not have a keyboard or mouse connected.

I despair sometimes :(

I plugged in my keyboard and mouse into my motherboard USB ports on the back,

Okay, weird things are happening. I turned my computer off and back on again, and it connected to my monitor.

Yes, titled Clear Cmos Information. It says BIOS has been reset, please reconfirm your BIOS setup items if needed.

The three above proves 100% that not having a keyboard attached was causing POST to fail.
