Windows 10 usb installation boots very slow as I try to fresh install Lenovo Ideapad 110 laptop

The laptop had initially issue with automatic repairing of the operating system. When the user attempted to power on and off multiple times, it went in to black screen error missing boot media.

After a small tweak on the bios, now it finds the booting operating system but unable to successfully complete the automatic repairing of the OS. I am trying to format it with Win 10 usb bootable that I created with Rufus. But it boots very slowly… in fact other usb booting that I tried the AOEMI Backupper also boots very slowly.

I am wondering what can be the problem. Please advise.

Thank you for the support in advance…
