I've installed windows 10 onto my SSD. It was a clean install. After restarting I expect to be able to see my m.2 as a bootable drive but I do not. I've disabled CSM and have tried a few other basic steps following a few tutorials but nothing works. Can someone please help?

Please provide your PC's specs so we can better assist you.

Are you trying to see the drive through BIOS or through File Manager?

What SSD did you install Windows 10 onto?

you have and or have not been able to install windows?

Where and how was the Windows 10 install media created?

Does the system boot if windows got installed?

What if any error messages are you seeing?

After the clean install did you install the drivers in the proper order?

Is the M.2 replacement for an M.2 or SSD or HDD that is still or was attached to the system?

Have you referred to the motherboards manual for any setting that may need to be done for the BIOS to recognize the M.2 properly for it to work as a boot device and not storage?

What version of BIOS are you using?
WD_Black 1TB m.2 NVME SSD
Is this drive combatable with the motherboard and processor?

You will need to refer to the manual for the motherboard.
