Ok, I am fairly certain if you reboot the machine, and stop it will kill em all while the advertising is open, or screen shot your task manager in as many screen shots as needed to show all processes.

All good we can and will still help. 😀

still waiting for TMC to answer it looked good for a time but seems to have gone quiet so yes I do still need help, the guy I received the email from was contacting his I.T. dept they are slow

Almost forgot about this, when you boot up next time, do not close the pop up, instead open an elevated command prompt and copy the following below and hit enter. A notepad will open on your desktop, called processes; copy and paste that into your next reply. I was trying to get a file path with the KillEmAll tool, but this will suffice.

tasklist > "%userprofile%\desktop\processes.txt.

Once you have ran this, then kill the App and only the app then run the command below. Copy this into a reply as well, the culprit will be missing from the second log.

tasklist > "%userprofile%\desktop\processes2.txt.

this is what I get, am I doing this right?

You must copy task list as well. Copy everything red inside the quote box. Copy everything from the t on the left to the . On the right. Entirely everything inside quote box.

still working on it, interestingly my wi-fi did not engage when I booted this morning and the offending popup didn't show so it must be loading via the internet and not resident on my computer

Next time it loads follow the instructions. If you are able to exit out of it, it has its own process. Therefore you will be able to see what it is via my instructions, either kill em all or task list.
