PC Shuts Off Every Other Time

Hello,

In short, my desktop crashes after every other startup. Once it wakes up from sleep or turns on it will crash after 5 minutes or so and reboots. It will not crash again after any amount of time unless it falls asleep, I put it to sleep, or I turn it off. I believe there is some issue with the GCU or power but it only happens once per day very consistently so I have no idea. I would like help troubleshooting the issue.

This always happens if I am playing a video online and have a game running. I always reboot my computer, start a video, and start a game so that my computer will crash and then I know I will have no problems the rest of the day. I don't get any blue screens or any error messages, the only indicators it is going to crash is my audio will start buzzing and my screens will blank. Once it reboots there are no issues at all. I tried looking over Event Viewer to try to figure out what the problem is but I have so many events being logged it is hard for me to make sense of it. The most common event is "Event 17, WHEA-Logger"
