Everything was fine until yesterday afternoon when the pc got off without even touching or removing any wire. Then i tried to reboot again by pressing power button but that didn't work at that moment. But the pc managed to turn itself on after sometime of pressing the button . Then i completed and saved my works and shut it down but then i noticed that the fans are spinning even after shut down and the LED (only HDD LED) was on.
Then i opened the side case and cleaned my cpu's heatsink and put it back in.Now pc isn't booting . But mobo's green light is glowing and also all the fans (cpu & case fans) are all the time spinning and only go off when i pull off the power cable . Main problem is yesterday it was booting bu today it is not booting and when i press the power button nothing hapens. Monitor goes on for just a second and then goes off. Fans are revolving always

Any suggestions will be appreciated

Hi swagat panda, welcome to PCHF! :)

Since your motherboard includes an integrated video chip, try booting your computer using your motherboards integrated video adapter instead of the video card. Also remove all but one stick of RAM and test the machine.

As jmarket said, try reseating all the power cables connected from your power supply to your motherboard and see if that helps.

Do you have another power supply that you can use to test the machine as well to rule out a faulty power supply?

Nope i don't have another power supply but yesterday my computer technician tried to boot normaly and the computer actually started but it shows to choose bootable device. My technician also loaded windows 7 once but at the time of next boot the pc again shows to chhose bootable device . So it's very unclear & confusing

Today i tried to boot with the integrated video chip of mobo and voila!!!!..... it worked like charm but i had yo install window 7 ultimate again and pc is running smooth
So my nvidia card is bad or what??

It sure looks that way. Even without drivers your Nvidia card should work through the generic Windows driver. I would suggest you put the Nvidia card back in and connect your monitor to it using the same cable as when it worked with the onboard video. If it doesn't work at all then, no video, then remove it and place it in the bin.

Again that problem appeared in the afternoon today and now pc can't boot normaly even if the display cable is connected to onboard gpu. Cpu fan and case fan are revolving always just like the previous times. I am very much confused what to do??

If you have the Nvidia card removed it would seem to rule out the video GPUs as the issue. I shall summons some more help for you, perhaps as a test you could boot from a live linux disk/flashdrive.

Yes after booting with the onboard gpu i hear clear beep sound and strange thing is that pc is completely booting to the desktop ànd i can use the pc for just 5-10 min afterwards monitor loses signal and goes off but all the fans and the blue LED light on the front of the case is glowing but the red LED goes off.

Sounds like the PC is overheating or there is a faulty hardware component.

If you haven't yet, reseat all the power cables that are plugged into the motherboard and reset your BIOS/UEFI back to its default values and make sure you are not overclocking any components either.

If neither of those things help, then I would look at swapping out the power supply with a known working PSU and see if that alleviates the problem.

Yesterday my friend who is a engineer told me that the problem is in the motherboard . May be a capacitor or a diode is weak so that it is storing electricity even after shutdown which is not normal. Due to this reason the fans are revolving just after switching the main power plug into the board. So those capacitors or diodes need to be replaced. What do u guys think??

I think you should try what Evan Omo suggested previously.

BTW a capacitor by design will store an electrical charge for a period of time after power has been removed. I suggest you follow Evan's advice for a computer experts diagnostic approach rather than rely on what may be expensive guesswork.

We don't know what the cause of this issue is. After you try my above advice then yes I would say a faulty motherboard is a possibility, but its going to be helpful if you start with troubleshooting the most obvious things first and move to the larger and more expensive components later on.
