Solved NEED HELP PLEASE!

Ok so I just built my gaming this last Friday (March/31/2017) and this is not my first build either I've just never had this problem before. I got everything set up and installed and when I went to do my first boot it just wouldn't turn on. So I did everything I could to possibly fix it and it just wasn't turning on so I gave in and brought it to a PC shop and there they did a diagnostic on it and they said they reseated all wires and were able to get the thing booted multiple times (roughly 20 times or so) and they had no issues. The guy even showed me it booting up. So I picked it up earlier today (April/3/2017) and went home and plugged it in and went to go boot it up and it just didn't boot up. Nothing it was the same problem I was having just like before. I tried everything again and I still have no luck. I tried to just plug the thing in multiple outlets throughout the house and I got no results just nothing. It almost seems like it doesn't get power to the system anywhere in my house it's really weird. I'm just confused and am looking for help so if anybody knows what the problem is and how I may possibly be able to fix it PLEASE let me know! Thanks.

GPU- MSI GTX 1080
Mobo- gigabyte ab350-gaming
PSU- evga 700w
Ram- 2x4gb corsair vengeance ddr4 3000mhz
Cpu- and Ryzen 1700

What you can try is shorting out the power connector on the motherboard.

  • Using your motherboard manual locate the 2 power switch terminals on the motherboard.
  • With the power connected to the pc, and all other connectors secured, temporarily short the 2 power switch terminals on the motherboard. It does not matter if the case power switch is still connected or not for this test. A paper clip used to connect the terminals will work.
  • If the pc boots you have a faulty switch or bad connection to the switch.
  • If the pc does not boot you have either a faulty Motherboard or power supply.

Ok so I tested everything and me and a couple people ran some tests and my only thought can be is my motherboard is shot. So I'll just have to get a new one unfortunately. Well thank you very much for your help and your time!
