LG phone (LM-K200EMW) cant connect to any LG apps

have you done a cold restart - turned the phone off completely and restarted?
do you get an error message?
what version of Android are you running?
is this a recent problem?

Disconnect the USB
Click
Start
Power
Restart
Test
If that does not help, we can manually remove it out of Device manager and sees if hat helps.

Enable Developer Options In Android 10
- Head over to the Settings app of your device via the notification shade or app drawer.
- Scroll down and tap on ‘About phone.’
- Find an entry labeled ‘Build number.’ Keep on tapping until you see a prompt that says ‘You are now a developer!’. You will be prompted to enter your device’s unlock code (PIN/Pattern/Password) at this point.
- Voila! You are now a developer
Once Developer Mode is enabled, you'll see an addition in your settings menu called Developer options. Inside the developer options you'll find a toggle for the MTP enable/disable.
Just to clarify that this is a new thing that has started and or you have never been able to access.
