Right bow i`m using an i7-11700K with a RTX 3060 phoenix v2. My motherboard is a H510M-E. I have some issues about the performance of my pc. I was thinking about switch the motherboard to a Z590 gaming Force. Should I do it or it won`t affect anything on games?

It´s a coolbox Powerline 700W Black

Best thing you can do with that is toss it in the trash, it can`t even produce 500W, no minimum efficiency rating and no warranty information available.

Your GPU requires a minimum of 650W of good clean and stable power, best value I could find Seasonic Core GM 650W Semi Modular Power Supply 80PLUS Gold

You don`t mention your RAM, what speed is it and how many sticks of it do you have.

I have troubles with my chieftek and the repair after 3 years were at my expense because I "clear cooler from dust and disassemble box"

Not sure what the above has got to do with anything other than you should never open up a PSU, you void any warranty if you do, oh and a PSU can hold enough charge in its circuits to kill a person.

A warranty is your protection should a PSU fail and take out all of your hardware, if the PSU was being used as it should be and it is still under warranty the PSU manufacturer is liable to replace any other parts that got damaged when their PSU failed.
