High Disk Usage on SSD for No Reason

Get ShutUp10 from O&O. It makes turning off a lot of MS stuff much easier.
Resource here; https://pchelpforum.net/r/shutup10.216/
Click the History tab to get the Download link.

Other than that, I'm out of ideas, apart from getting out the big hammer and doing a fresh install of Windows.
Then running the PC with nothing else installed and seeing normal disk usage, then adding one program at a time, and rechecking disk usage each time for a few hours.

Smaller hammers are an in-place repair install of Windows using the Reset My PC process. Or even try creating another user account and log in under that.
Or see if it still occurs when booted into Safe Mode, that determine if it's hardware or software.

But getting another SSD may be the fastest test. :)

Yeah, you right, I'll probably get another SSD later, I'll be downloading the ShutUp10 just in case
