Yesterday I moved out of my old home and went to install my setup and when I turned on my laptop I noticed it was freezing for long periods of time, when I managed to open task manager I found out that system interrupts uses between 20-100% of my cpu. When I was trying different things to fix it I unplugged the ethernet cord from the laptop and the system interrupts never went over 1%. I tried a lot of different methods to fix this:
-I updated the windows drivers
-I used a malware scan
-I disabled wake on magic packet and wake on pattern match (witch fixed it for 30 minutes)
-I disabled high precision events
And still no fix, I taught that it's from the wall socket in witch I connected the cable but other people that are connected to the same network don't have this problem. So please somebody help me fix this.
