Do you prefer Dark Mode for your apps and general browsing? Especially with the trend towards bigger monitors glare has become more of an issue these days, and whilst there are "Dark Mode" add ons for most browsers, some work better than others.

For Youtube users Dark Mode works very well and is built in. This quick guide will show you how to enable it if you are signed in or not.

First up if you are signed into Youtube click your Youtube avatar at the top right, then click "Dark Theme OFF"

On the dialogue box that opens slide the switch.

Youtube is now in Dark Mode. Click anywhere to close the dark mode dialogue box.

For those that are not signed in click the 3 dots at the top right and then click on "Dark Theme OFF"

Again slide the switch to the right as above, and you'll have dark mode.

For me this works much better than browser add ons that can tend to hide information on Youtube.

Give this a go, works great and dead easy to reverse even if you don't like it.
