That model can have 2 drives
By the look of it you have an M2 drive 120GB
and a 1TB drive.
If you power off turn over laptop can you see 2 drive doors.
Is there a M2 drive and an ssd drive or 2 M2 drives.
How far did you get with install
only to the partitions or were you able to delete anything or nothing
I havent touched it since I told you I couldnt delete any more, so I need to select where to install windows. Where should I put it? I can look at the back and open it once I get this out the way or should I stop it now?
I was able to delete yes, maybe around 4 maybe 5 drives were able to be deleted, no idea where they all came from. So once I seen I had 2 drives, thats where I messaged you and then ran CMD prompt to get drive info and its currently sitting waiting for me to tell it where to put windows.
It restarted itself after going through the install process, all the boxes were ticked (maybe the last one wasnt) and it came up as if I was starting again. Install, custom and I am back at the partition screen again - it actually done this before and I deleted what I could and restarted the process, its happened again the exact same way.
Photo attached of what I see. This isn’t how it looked when I selected the drive to install it on, I only had 2 options as described before.
In the video at 2:54 you will notice it restarts the computer.
When you are doing this and you get to that point Remove the usb stick whilst it is restarting.
That is it now reinstalled. I know your maybe not online just now but what now? I dont have drivers to install so I dont think I am doing any harm in reinstalling chrome for example and I guess steam …
