Had you restarted the PC after uninstalling BullGuard but before running Speccy again.

As was suspected most of your problems were caused by having the two AV programs running at the same time.

Couple of questions;

Why are you missing so many Windows updates.

Why do you have two different specs of RAM.

64GB of your RAM is bottlenecking the CPU because it is too slow and the other 34GB is too fast for the CPU so even if used on its own you would not be able to enable XMP and would instead have to manually OC the RAM to 2933MHz and 1.35V.

The voltage requirements of the RAM are also a problem, the 2400MHz RAM only requires 1.2V whereas the 3200MHz requires 1.35V to be able to work at anything more than 2133MHz.
Partition 2
Partition ID: Disk #1, Partition #2
Disk Letter: C:
File System: NTFS
Volume Serial Number: 0021D088
Size: 953 GB
Used Space: 820 GB (86%)
Free Space: 132 GB (14%

The amount of free storage space shown above is a major issue, Windows should always be on its own drive or on a minimum of a 256GB partition on a larger drive, as to why is explained below;

For Windows to be able to run efficiently and to be able to update you need to have between 20 and 25% of the partition or drive available on a HDD and an SSD between 10 and 15% as free storage space at all times, if you don`t you risk Windows becoming corrupt or not being able to update which puts you at risk of malware attack.

Data only storage devices should not be allowed to get any lower than 10% of free storage space of the full capacity of the drive/partition on the drive, this also to avoid data corruption.

Please note that storage devices can physically fail if the amount of free storage space is allowed to drop below the required 10 or 20/25%
minimum.

Troubleshooting computer problems is a waste of time when it is known that Windows is out of date as any one of a number of the missing hot fixes could be the solution to any problem that you may be having.

Equally as important is being prepared for the need to upgrade to another OS, when the time comes you will only have to worry about upgrading or clean installing Windows to the C: partition as opposed to needing to reinstall all of your programs and data if they were kept on a separate partition on the same or seperate drive.

Windows will also boot up quicker on its own partition as it does not need to install drivers for any third party programs etc.

1. As far as I was concerned I had never missed a windows update, I check my settings weekly for any updates and even checked after reading your post and still found no updates.
2. I received the 34 gigs of ram as a birthday present and assumed it wouldn’t be a big deal and after it was put in I saw no issues occurring.

What are the next steps I should take?

You missed answering the above.

No worries about the updates then, you must have done them all rolled up.

The RAM is a real shame and you must decide which of the two sets you use.

You need to free up as much space as possible on the C: to allow for future updates and moving to Windows 11, if me, I would do a clean install to a new 256GB SSD.

Check your browser/s for any BullGuard plugins that may have got left behind.
