Is this PC doomed ?

Checked it out and the branch is closed off, my only hope is another one but its a bit far. hopefully they might be able to help and not just brush me off since there’s no guarantee

What about a customer service number have you tried looking into that or ever their site?

They may have a FAQ and or forum?

I talked to them and apparently they can do nothing about it without a guarantee and my friend, the one i got the pc from doesn’t have one. And their main focus is home appliances so this pc is as good as doomed. Thanks and i appreciate everyone’s help and patience.
