Is this PC doomed ?

So to start this i got a pc from a friend of mine and he said it has some issues involves a bsod, i got the pc and worked for a day and faced my first bsod which I don’t remember what was the issue but i was seeing tutorials on how to solve it, i ran sfc scan and found corrupted files and then dism which said it couldn’t repair any of the corrupted files, i also continued to run chkdsk and memory scan which found no issues at all, from then i got all kind of bsod’s “IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL” “BAD_POOL_HEADER” “MEMORY_MANAGEMENT” “KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED” “CRITICAL_SERVICE_FAILED” “SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED” “KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED” and others i don’t remember and i want to point that on device manager i have a lot unknown devices which I’m not plugging nothing other than a keyboard and a mouse and even when i unplugged them the unknown devices didn’t disappear and i tried updating them automatically and manually but i found no updates so i got frustrated and bought a new hdd, i installed the new hdd and worked for only 3 hours before i got the bsod “IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL” and i got more frustrated and figured maybe the problem is the motherboard not compatible, and now i wanna know what’s the issue ?

Run the program by right clicking on it and selecting Run as administrator.

Every bios is different so can you see if you have this.
Can you access the bios
Go to the advanced menu
CPU Configurations - or similar name
Cpu Power Management
Look for intel EIST and Intel C state
Set bot to disable
F10 to save
Test

After getting the bsod ? No. Forgot to mention that I installed windows 7, the old hdd also had windows 7 but lacked so many updates i just upgraded to windows 10 and that’s when i started getting so many bsod
