Replace the PSU and see how it goes.
If still having BSOD issues, you need to clean install Windows and install the drivers exactly as they should be.
Do not replace your MB after reading some random posts on the internet, exhaust all other options before even thinking about it.Comment

Now I can see Hyper-v in Windows feature (it was not there) and no crashes yet so far.Comment
