the thing is .. it works fine if i installed driver while on battery then connect charger .. i can play games on it with good frames as i used to be .
but when i restart/shutdown everything begin again so idk if its a hardware issue .. but i think i will take it to someone and i hope he can find out whats wrong with it .. thank you for all the help .

Not a problem. The shop can better diagnose the issue since they will have the system in front of them. Best of luck.

Since you are showing that there is the latest version of the BIOS then no since updating it would accomplish nothing.

Updating something just because there is an update can some times make the issue work.

You should only update a driver or some thing to fix an current issue that you have.
