Multiple games I play crash even though my hardware is above there prerequisites.

        No, no need to record anything, we were wanting to see if the computer froze when it was under load, the GPU and PSU will have both gotten hotter than normal so you would expect one or both of them to have fallen over if either of them was the cause of the issue/s.

        Back to checking the internet, anything that connects to the internet could be causing the problem, this include Driver Easy so yes, get rid of it, the following may take you a while so no rush on our behalf. do one at a time and starting with the Brave software uninstall or disable one at a time, restart the computer and test each time to see if you still get the same issue.

        Noticed that there are more than one keyboard and mouse installed on this computer, it would be best while troubleshooting if you could use a wired PS/2 type keyboard and mouse, if you do not have one or both use anything other than the Razer branded products, we don`t want Windows trying to install the drivers for them.

                Do i need to download something to view the tcp connections?
                Also would i be able to plug back in my razers after? Im gunna have to borrow a keyboard while doing this. both mouse and keyboard are razers.

                    Not used it for a while but TCPView can be used to disable individual entries.

                    Removing anything related to Razer is part of the troubleshooting process and once we have hopefully found the cause of the issue/s you will be able to reinstall the Razer software.

                    Unfortunately Razer software like Discord is very popular but both do cause many folk problems for one reason or another.

                            I don’t think id be able to borrow my buds keyboard for more than a day or so. so i’m just gonna have to buy a cheap keyboard.
                            sorry for the late response. I’ve just been thinking on how to get around on keeping the mouse. Recently bought it and just got use to its setup. kinda sux getting use to a another mouse for gaming. I was using a mad catz R.A.T. 7 mmo prior before the software quit working.
