    Are you streaming or recording as well? I see you have OBS Studio running.
    Try shutting that down and test.

        I’ve tried playing Roblox and watch dogs without obs open, same issues as mentioned, also same thing with freezing, the pc freezes without obs open

                There’s been a few red flags with this setup, post #9 and those failed drivers, a dodgy Product Key.

                If it was mine, I’d be doing either 1) a replacement power supply and graphics card, just to rule those two off the list, and 2) another complete nuke from space reload of Windows.

                With the reload;
                [ul]
                [li]disconnect the network so it can’t phone home and auto-update[/li][li]only have the boot drive connected[/li][li]get the latest Windows version using Windows Media Creation Tool to make a bootable USB stick[/li][li]install Windows, then the motherboard drivers (get the latest of those from the mobo website)[/li][li]get the latest GPU driver[/li][li]plug in the internet and activate Windows with that Product Key[/li][li]watch YouTube and test[/li][li]if good, load one game and test[/li][li]repeat until issue either resurfaces or everything working[/li][/ul]

                                OK, just so happen to have a PC on my work bench right now, reloading Win11 Pro, and bugger me when I looked over at it, it too was showing what your image was - how freaky.

                                I was going to say that Windows doesn’t need internet to install, but Win11 does - thanks Microsoft.
                                I’m using a Rufus created USB that has the Win11 requirements (TPM, Secure Boot etc) turned off as this is an older PC, but it still wants an internet connection to continue.

                                So you are going to have to bring your modem to the PC, or move your PC to the modem, or get a long ethernet cable.
