Please download Memtest86 (free), use the imageUSB.exe tool extracted from the download to make a bootable USB drive (1GB is plenty big enough), and boot that USB drive. Memtest86 will start running as soon as it boots, and it will take a while to complete the four iterations of the 13 different memory tests. If no errors are found, restart Memtest86 and do another four iterations (for a total of eight).
It might take all night/day.

I opened it to see the status of my SSD and I just left it open. Is it supposed to not be open when playing?

Not sure why you left it open while you were gaming but it has a track record for causing issues samsung magician bsod

To add to what @phillpower2 stated above, don’t use the full performance mode under the performance optimization settings in Magician.

I’d even go as far as using an Uninstaller program like Revo Uninstaller and uninstall the software completely.

Roblox seems to be running much better. No little freezes like before, but ill have to try playing some other games too to see if my ssd spikes. Ill try watch dogs and update if anything happens / doesn’t happen.

Well… I’m still here, just.. waiting for a reply. Regarding the pc, same thing as what the video shows still. Even when watching youtube, the pc seems to freeze for a second or two and then resume - it also plays a loud noise while it freezes.
