Speccy is telling us that you have not correctly achieved either of the two suggestion that were made in my reply #10.
The Windows Power Plan we know with 100% certainty has not been set to Balanced as was advised but the Norton you may well have tried but been unsuccessful, this unfortunately is what happens with invasive software and to make matters worse both Norton and Defender are both running and so are their Firewalls.
Which would normally suggest that it is the game that is the issue and something that helpers can do zero about, that said, I suspect that this may be a VR issue between the game and the VR headset but you really need to get rid of that Norton crap and change the Power Plan to Balanced before doing anything else, we are at a stop here until those two known problematic things are sorted.[/COLOR][/COLOR][/COLOR][/COLOR][/COLOR]
