Please download the FRST 32 bit or FRST 64bit version to suit your operating system. It is important FRST is downloaded to your desktop.
If you are unsure if your operating system is 32 or 64 Bit please go HERE.
Once downloaded right click the FRST desktop icon and select “Run as administrator” from the menu
If you receive any security warnings, or the User Account Control warning opens at any time whilst using FRST you can safely allow FRST to proceed.
FRST will open with two dialogue boxes, accept the disclaimer.

Everything’s Fixed !!

Figured out the issue was something with my B450m motherboard after did a clean Win11 install and it still kept crashing despite reseating everything and using fresh thermal paste, etc.

Upgraded to a MSI MAG B550 TOMAHAWK motherboard with a new Be Quiet Dark Rock Slim Cooler and machine is running rock solid and my temps are literally running 1/2 of the previous temperatures under full load ~ 54C (GPU) 45C (CPU)

Thanks for everyone’s assistance! At the minimum i learned to use some great diagnostic tools like Minitool, etc.

NB: One grey area, it is not clear whether or not the clean install of Windows was done before or after the MB was changed, if before the previous problems may well soon return.
