Here is a guide provided by the creators of DDU.

Two crucial steps,
1. Download your display drivers before hand from Nvidia’s website
2. Disconnect your machine from the internet, this will prevent Windows from automatically installing drivers again and forcing you to repeat the process.

Finally, a restore point/backup of any important files wouldn’t hurt before trying DDU.
Thank you Pyro. I’ll try it and let you know

Hey Pyro, thank you so much for this tip. I used DDU and installed a fresh copy of Nvidia driver. it did help quite a bit but still not perfect. It sometimes might also be the game. In warzone it feels better, in Dota not so much. But I can see there was a noticeable difference after I used DDU. Would you also think there is some software or something in the background that might be causing this? while playing PUBG I noticed random hitching for instance the game runs at 225 fps constantly on ultra settings but when there is a hitch it drops to 214 and there’s a millisecond stutter/hitch and then it’s fine. These does happen quite a few times while I’m playing. I don’t run any browsers or any other apps in the background while I’m playing.

Another thing that I noticed and not sure if this might be causing some issue is that the ‘other devices’ drivers are always missing no matter what I do.

Someone told me that these are no issue because windows has these. I also feel that sometimes even on high fps the game would feel really smooth and sometimes the same game at the same fps would not feel as crystal clear and it feels like there’s something in the background causing it. And because playing on high fps you don’t notice an interruption so much if there’s one but when the games are running on low fps then it is exaggerated and easily noticeable. But one thing is for sure that I have played a lot of 60fps games on pc and on consoles and while panning the camera and playing they are perfectly smooth. But mine just looks like I’m playing on 30fps.

I would enable V-Sync/G-Sync in any games you can, see if this makes a difference.

As far as those “other devices,” those look like missing drivers to me, something Windows couldn’t quite pick up on.

Do you have a storage drive that plugs in via PCI/PCIe?

V sync also does not help. I have a g sync monitor and I have tried all the recommended settings by blur busters. Doesn’t help that much.

For the storage devices, I don’t think I do. I only have two storages and they both are m.2 nvme.

Another things I noticed. After I installed used DDU to clean and install fresh drivers. The first time I went in game (warzone) and capped my fps to 100. It was really good. No complains. It felt smooth. But today, I launched the game again and capped it to 100 to see if it works but same problem, it felt like 40 fps. sluggish"!

The only thing I have for testing
Turn power performance to balanced and get rid of msi after burner - just for testing.
Missing drivers - Let’s try SMB

Hey @PeterOz I have turned off Msi after burner and put the power plan to ‘balanced’

Below are the requested screenshots for all the missing drivers:

@PeterOz Downloaded the drivers and this is what I get when I run the setup.

The first time I installed these back when I built the pc it allowed me to install but the other devices have always shown missing drivers

ok if you installed them and they were missing then cancel
I cannot find a driver although it identified the SMB
