Do you have the USB wireless adaptor in one of the black USB 2.0 ports and not one of the faster blue or red 3.0/3.1 ports. -

Have you tried your controller on another computer or tried another controller on your computer.

Do none of the controllers show up in the Device Manager.
Do all controllers work on any other computer.
Can I ask that you do not quote every reply as we have to read the full post to make sure nothing gets missed, thanks.Comment

That suggests that all four controllers are bad which would be really strange.
Are they all the same brand and model of controller and containing out of the package new batteries.
Do the receivers have an LED on them that are supposed to blink when you pair the controller with them.
Do the LEDs on the controllers light up when you press the pairing button.Comment

All of em are ps4 controllers and they all worked till yesterday. This problem happend to me before and sometime after it started working, but ofc il not sure if thats the case this time.
The controller starts charging when i plug it into the pc and the light turns orange. Im not trying to pair it with bluetoothComment

As said I`m not a gamer but I do have two XBox 360 controllers and I am using how they are set up as a guide, these are not BT either but instead have a USB receiver that goes into a USB port and the controller pairs with that when the button on the controller is pressed, are yours not the same sort of set up.
Regardless of the above none of the controllers working on another computer suggests it is the controllers that have the problem.
There is a way we can check to see if there are any PS4 controller drivers installed.Comment

Glad you got it sorted and thanks for posting how for the benefit of others (y)
Still a bit of a strange one having three bad cables but the proof is there, a pair of cable cutters would be handy to cut them up before putting them in the trash.Comment
