So we have now gone from no OCing to no manual OCing

    Your RAM specs are here

SPD Speed 2133MHz This is the speed that is meant to be reported in the BIOS.

SPD Voltage 1.2V This is the voltage that is meant to be reported in the BIOS.

The following are nothing to do with the BIOS and all to do with overclocking outside of the BIOS.

Tested Speed 3000MHz This is the speed that the RAM has been proven to run stable at when overclocked.

Tested Voltage 1.35V This is the voltage that is required for the RAM to be able to achieve 3000MHz.

Short version is, the DRAM voltage should be reading no more than 1.2V in the BIOS and for it to be reading 1.360V means that someone has changed it and possibly damaging it in the process.

OK, As far as i know no one changed it.
2133 mhz can be set if i just turn off xmp in the bios. Will this solve the issue?

You don[ICODE]t appear to be hearing what I am saying, the 1.360V reading in the BIOS may have damaged your RAM I[/ICODE]m afraid, it should only be receiving 1.35V outside of the BIOS and this only when XMP kicks in and manages the overclocking voltage accordingly.

Try restoring the MBs default factory settings in the BIOS, they are sometimes listed as one of the following " factory defaults" “most stable” or on newer boards “optimized” please note that if you have both the “most stable” and the “optimized” options in the BIOS you should choose the most stable" option as in this instance the “optimized” settings are a form of overclocking that can cause instability.

I have recently updated the bios. So everything was reset to default.
Though i did make a change by disabling the c-state to reduce the coil whine from psu.

Going to leave you with this as there is more gone on than what we have been told from the outset.

Good luck with whatever it is that you are trying to achieve.
