If you are using a USB keyboard and mouse try changing the ports that they are connected to or better still if you have a wired PS/2 type keyboard and mice

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

When i use a wired controller, it is comparitively better but still stutters.
Here is the speccy URL:-

Do you have the same problem when gaming offline.

You have 16GB of RAM, is this a single 16GB stick or two 8GB sticks.

You have three browsers installed, which one is set as the default.

Things of note is Speccy;

Power Profile
Active power scheme: High performance

I suggest that you change the Windows Power Plan to Balanced, High Performance is a form of overclocking that is known to cause stability and overheating issues and the setting should only be used for gaming type notebooks that have a discrete GPU that needs the extra power.

Windows is out of date;

Troubleshooting computer problems is a waste of time when it is known that Windows is out of date as any one of a number of the missing hot fixes could be the solution to any problem that you may be having.

Programs like this are a menace

Driver Booster Scheduler
Driver Booster SkipUAC (Geetha Krishna)
Driver Booster Update

Once Windows has been installed, you install the necessary drivers for the MB and other hardware and then leave well alone, drivers should not be allowed to auto update and you should never update any driver/s unless the new drivers are intended to resolve a specific issue that you are having, installing new drivers unnecessarily can actually cause you the very issues that any new drivers are intended to resolve and uninstalling the new drivers may not resolve the problem/s that installing the new drivers has caused.

Depending on priority it can take many months before the driver provider releases any fix and they sometimes do not even bother.

Hello,
Yes, any game either online or offline.
2 * 8 GB ram sticks running in dual channel.
Opera is set to default.
I’ve changed the power scheme to balanced.
Windows is up-to-date.
Uninstalled Driver Booster.
Other things I’ve done re-installed nvidia drivers using ddu, clean installed windows some days ago and updated the bios.
The problem persists.
Kindly help me in resolving this issue.

We can only try !

Noticed that you have a modular power supply, make sure that all cables are securely attached at both ends.

Download Speedfan and install it. Once it’s installed, run the program and post here the information it shows. The information I want you to post is the stuff that is circled in the example picture I have attached.

So that we have a comparison to Speedfan, download, run and grab a screenshot of HWMonitor (free).

To capture and post a screenshot;

Click on the ALT key + PRT SCR key..its on the top row..right hand side..now click on start…all programs…accessories…paint…left click in the white area …press CTRL + V…click on file…click on save…save it to your desktop…name it something related to the screen your capturing… BE SURE TO SAVE IT AS A .JPG …otherwise it may be to big to upload… after typing in any response you have… click on Upload a File to add the screenshot.

Screenshot instructions are provided to assist those that may read this topic but are not yet aware of the “how to”.

How did you take the screenshots, the HWMonitor information is so small we need a magnifying glass and I for one am not prepared to struggle to read them.

That`s better thanks, not sure what happened with the first ones which should look more like your mobile pics.

Two things look off in HWMoniitor, the RAM voltage and the speed of the GPU fan.

Are you overclocking.

Do you have a link to your RAM so we can check the specs.

What speeds do your GPU fans get up to when you are gaming.

Hello,
No, I am not overclocking. Everything running at stock.
But i made a custom fan curve using MSI afterburner because here the room temperature is around 35 C.
When playing demanding games, the GPU temp hits 81 C which is the limit as shown in the msi Afterburner with 80 % fan speed but does not throttle.

RAM:- Corsair Vengeance rgb pro 2 * 8 GB 3000 Mhz
Here’s a link which has its specs:
CORSAIR VENGEANCE RGB PRO Series DDR4 overclocked memory lights up your PC with mesmerizing dynamic multi-zone RGB lighting, while delivering the best in DDR4 performance....

Thanks for the update, before I get back to you can you do the following for us;

Please restart your computer and check the temperatures/voltages in the BIOS, no screenshot is required just make a note of the temperatures, the DRAM voltage, the +3.3V, +5V and the +12V rails on the PSU and post them with your next reply.

Your RAM should only be 1.2V and being that the computer is under the least amount of load the voltage could actually increase when you are gaming and to what voltage no one knows.

Question, you say that you are not overclocking;

Are you aware that your CPU requires 2666MHz RAM and that for your RAM to be able to achieve this speed it needs to be overclocked, it will only run at 2133MHz otherwise.

The cause of your problems look to be the GPU and RAM being too hot with the RAM temperature being caused by over voltage.

OK, But i did not overclock anything manually.
I just enabled the xmp in bios to run at 3000 Mhz.
Isn’t it supposed to run around 1.35 v at 3000 Mhz as specs say?
How do i solve this?
