Have you restored the MBs default factory settings as was described in my reply #4; this is a must.

Restore the MBs default factory settings in the BIOS, they are sometimes listed as one of the following " factory defaults" “most stable” or on newer boards “optimized” please note that if you have both the “most stable” and the “optimized” options in the BIOS you should choose the most stable" option as in this instance the “optimized” settings are a form of overclocking that can cause instability.
Save the new settings, exit the BIOS, restart the computer, test by using the computer as you normally would, post back with an update once you have done this.
Your new PSU may not be the best but it is obviously not the cause of the problem else you would not still be having it and restoring the MBs default factory setting is just another troubleshooting step that needs to be done as part of the process of elimination, if you then still have the problem we move onto testing hardware, entirely up to you if you want us to help you but if you want to do your own thing let us know and we will all go our own ways.

Yes I’ve restored the default factory settings. I restarted my PC it launched normally twice in a row. I have to wait a longer period to understand if the problem is gone, as soon as this problem occurs, I will type back here to test the hardware as you have mentioned, but for now I would rather wait especially because after a launch everything is working fine.

Because you have restored the MBs default settings doing the above is 100% the correct way to go (y)
A final nag from me, please do not change or install anything while the PC is running stable and be sure to post back here first so that we can help you run some tests before you do change any settings or install any new software, Windows and Windows Defender updates are an exception and please do continue to install either or both of those type of update/s.
