Have you restored the MBs default factory settings as was described in my reply #4; this is a must.
	
		
			
			
			
				
	
Your new PSU may not be the best but it is obviously not the cause of the problem else you would not still be having it and restoring the MBs default factory setting is just another troubleshooting step that needs to be done as part of the process of elimination, if you then still have the problem we move onto testing hardware, entirely up to you if you want us to help you but if you want to do your own thing let us know and we will all go our own ways.
