Very well then, i follow yours advice, as soon as i get info from CPU vendor i will send it back.
Funniest thing will be when both motherboard and CPU get back as good ones and Ram sticks will be guilty of doing this madness Or my monitor somehow not willing to work with new builds throu DP cable.
i got hold on another mobo, made tests and DP is still causing same problem, but hdmi is working normally no display problems.
The first MB may well of had a bad HDMI port but the second boards HDMI port working okay but the DP having the same problem is what is implicating the CPU but like I said, the CPU may have been damaged by the first MB somehow, this includes a bad installation of the CPU as well.

Unfortunately im still waiting. I returned motherboard and cpu to vendor. Motherboard they sent me replacement for time they investigate. Cpu is under investigation and need to wait some more time, i hope they can let me know something by the end of this week. I learned that before sending everything away i coud do mem check from usb stick. But it was too late, before i knew about it i had parts already send out. I definitely let you know when i recive some word from both mobo and cpu vendors.

Rest assured that it would not have helped and this proven by the fact that the system boots albeit with the replacement boards DP also having the same problem as the first board, if it were RAM related neither board would work at all, the CPU as I mentioned previously is the only constant;
